@whitham.c: Having multiple Google accounts shouldn't make a difference — we test that way all the time — but you can check by trying in a new Safari profile or by clearing your Google cookies in Safari.

First make sure this happens after restarting Zotero with any plugins disabled. If so, can you reproduce it after restarting Zotero with a single, small PDF in a single tab?
