Ok. Now we're aligned. To which item type are you referring to though for a YT video? I'd put this just as a movie and that doesn't add up with you "wanted" format.

It could be that you still have a stray duplicated item in your document itself (not in Zotero). Delete them, and reinsert, making sure you're using the one that says "My library".
