It sounds like you are using an endnote style. Make sure that if you use a note style it's set to footnote (Word, Zotero tab, Document preferences). Otherwise switch to an in-text style like APA or so.

All of those preprints will be dealt with the same in the style. If BioRxiv is missing, then check if it's actually entered in your metadata.

APA7 kürzt im Text ab 3 Autoren ab. In der Bibliographie nicht (erst ab 21 Autoren werden dann 19 genannt). Das ist so laut Richtlinien.
