You can try this script: https://github.com/POBrien333/citation-tools/blob/main/tags-to-extra-field.js

We have many note styles available: https://www.zotero.org/styles?format=note&dependent=0 Setting the language in document preferences usually localises a given style. But not everything is 100%< hence my question from earlier.
-
Can you tell us what citation style, which language and also which so-called locators you're using? Concrete examples how there output Vs what they should be help.
-
Because you have automatic updates off. The underlining shows that they haven't been refreshed yet.
-
You can just delete this line: You'll need to give the style a new ID etc. as explained here, otherwise it will not recognise it as a new style: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_editing_step-by-step
-
Testing for which year is not possible with CSL.
-
The style includes the DOI if available. Maybe your test item just doesn't have a DOI. You'd need to edit the style. What journal is this for?
-
Next time, please just point out the specific issues. This will make it easier for us and also will make it more likely somebody actually looks at it. There were just minor changes to make. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/raw/cf2f…
-
No, please don't. Send it to info (at) citationstyler.com. (I speak German)
-
You can also utilise the Search&Replace functionality of Word for this: https://word.tips.net/T009253_Brackets_around_Footnote_References.html
-
We'd need the link to the author guidelines to look at this issue.
-
To answer your bolding question, change line 310 (citation>>layout) to this: This will make everything in the text bold, brackets+numbers+(locators). Follow the steps explained here: https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_…
-
@katdevine The PR just got merged. Within the hour this will also be reflected on the Zotero repository.
-
@adamsmith or @bwiernik Could you prioritise this PR by any chance? https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/7051
-
You probably had used a numeric style like IEEE. Thlse produce a number in text and a bibliography at the end. Note style utilise Word's footnote system and put the information there. Here are all our note styles: https://www.zotero.org/styles?form…

Hey, Ein Stil für die Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie (VWA) und Berufsakademie Göttingen - Soziale Arbeit ist jetzt erhältlich: Zitierstil VWA Berufsakademie Göttingen – Soziale Arbeit Bei Fragen einfach melden.
-
Test this in a fresh document, selecting Chicago, only citing this document and then creating a bibliography. You can then try to remove the other faulty citation in your text and reinsert it.
-
This is so cool! Thanks a lot for pointing that out. I have a whole new world to explore now! https://pobrien333.github.io/zot2csl/
-
Have a look at this: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/existing_citations_not_detected

Great. I've added that now. See https://rawcdn.githack.com/POBrien333/zot2csl/0f3b12514ad6710516939ced7ff986c117c1a7bf/zot2csl_html/zotero_schema_output.html Can you spot check if the output is actually correct? (Is there anyway of showing the .h…

Hi I've been busy, but super proud I managed to pull this off!! zot2csl And the output can be found here: Zotero to CSL field mappings https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u452233/5ras0iodb19rqdnu72lu.png Comments welcome :-)

Ja, ich frage, weil ich dann einen Stil in meinen Shop stellen könnte. Etwas Bedarf müsste aber halt eben da sein dafür. Aber für einen kleinen Studiengang an einer Unistelle ist da eher weniger sinnvoll. Deswegen. :)
-
You actually need to download and install Zotero, the software. See https://www.zotero.org/download
-
Nene. Mach das doch nicht manuell. Das ist ja nicht Sinn und Zweck der Sache. Einen maßgeschneiderten Stil kriegen wir schon hin. Mach mal eine Anfrage bei mir.
-
The style you had shared earlier was correct already. Can you update your repository? (The "author" macro is what you need to be looking at though)
-
Super. Danke dir! Und dieser Stil ist gesammt für die VWA - Soziale Arbeit gültig oder nur in Göttingen?
-
Zitierstile nach Maß erstelle ich gerne. Mehr Info dazu hier: Zitierstile nach Maß
-
That's because you have set name-as-sort-order="first" . You can remove that completely.
-
Wie heißt denn die Uni und der Studiengang? Hast du einen Link zu den Richtlinien?
-
The former is a bug that the Devs need to look into. The "time" issue: CSL currently cannot do that. In order to cite a specific time point of a recording, just use the Suffix field.
