"Harvard" heißt halt einfach nur "Autor Datum" im Text. 1. Wie genau heißt die Uni? 2. Wie heißt das Institut und/oder Studiengang? 3. hast du einen Link zu den Richtlinien?

Where do you study? Which uni, which institute/faculty, field of study... Is there guidelines that are documented somewhere? If it's just that one change, that's easy, but let's clear my questions up first.

Right click on the link, "save as...". It will download the .csl file that you can then install in Zotero via double click or via the menu. I would suggest that this journal hosts their style on our style repository. This has several advantages: - …

(internal: this style needs major rework)

Where it says "Author" you can click on it and change the type to "editor".

You can enter the format into the extra field like so: medium: Perlego Edition

Our Academy of Management styles are all dependent styles of our main AOM style (academy-of-management-review.csl), including AMP. But since they point out for AMP that they want a note style we have to create a standalone style. I've based this on…

Thanks! Was hoping for your input. Can you test this one out, Kate? https://raw.githubusercontent.com/citation-style-language/styles/cf093af753728e5a72f3350fffd788412fa2c3a7/journal-of-law-medicine-ethics.csl

The style already has the "subsequent" functionality built in. But one can also set the distance between notes for when this happens. And I think we might want to change that? Where exactly is this mentioned in the guidelines? I actually don't see a…

You'd need to write it like this: asdf

Replace the author-short macro with this (the location of the et-al line is very important):

Does it work in a fresh test document?

Den Stil für die WBH hab ich im Sortiment: Zitierstil Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule (WBH)

No, it's not. Create any random item, then switch it to Webpage. This is by design.

In your Word document, in the Zotero tab go to "Document Preferences". There you can change the citation style and install one of the 10,000 styles we have. We have more than 900 so-called numeric styles, some with square brackets: https://www.zoter…

Without the info outlined here, we don't prioritise this request. As you see from this thread, several people have requested it, but nobody spends the 5min to collect the required info. None of the volunteers who make CSL styles will spend the hour …

If you share your style via pastebin.com or similar we can have a look and suggest the necessary edit.

What's the error message? Does this work without the error in a new document?

I've made those changes. I'd appreciate you'd format these changes in a different format next time. E.g. 1. Item type: book Current output: aasdf Required output: asdf https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/raw/302e543e0a307e251947a60fc…

The "Director" name variable was introduced last year with CSL 1.0.2. Therefore, a lot of citation styles don't include it yet. You'd need to tell us which style you're using to give you concrete help.
-
If you tell us what the changes are we can have a look a lot quicker. Like this it'll go to the end of the backlog.

Nothing. a) Have Zotero open and click on the link. It should pick it up. b) Otherwise right click on it, save as..., download the file and install in Zotero.

You could use the CSL variables original-publisher and original-publisher-place for this by entering them into the extra field and building them into the style. It's not necessarily what they're meant for, but could be a good workaround. Note also …
