Not that I know bitex at all, but just from looking at that code it looks like the volume is missing the curly brackets, while all the other entries have them. Worth a shot at least.

Interesting. I checked a handfull of "free" publications from 2017 and they were all the old style. You can jsut use APA 6th edition. I'll change the style for future users.

Thanks for reporting this. What's wrong with it? This will speed the process up. edit: just checked. their guidelines state something different than what they actually use in their publications. Nota bene, this is very common for Wiley journals.
