I know your struggles, I was there many years ago. Click on the "+" and choose "Create new file". The rest you'll figure out.

But that's exactly the change I made in my PR. I understand that the MHRA author-date style doesn't follow the note style perfectly. When we created the author-date version we just made a copy and change the in-text behaviour without checking really…

It would've been better if you had added a comment to the other thread. Now I had to look for the info and we have info on this in two separate threads. And as a matter of fact, in that thread I mentioned that that PR was merged. So you already had …

Out of interest, where does it say so? On the transfering word processors guide the word "unlink" does not exist: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/moving_documents_between_word_processors It actually warns you that you should follow the procedure …

Alles klar.

Siehe https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/citation_styles/style_editing_step-by-step

No, of you've entered them via the the plugin's pages functionality that will just work. If you must, make a copy of the file and try there. Also, you're doing the correct thing in storing your title in lower cases. You're aware of being able to ri…

If you switch to a different style and then back to CMOS, does that work? Also, what exact changes to the title did you make?

I have provided a fix for issue No. 5 here, but the rest requires a lot of work to adapt the style to your professor's likings. I'd be happy to make a style for you/your professor on commission though. You can email me at info(at)citationstyler.com.…

I'm only just reading in the guidelines that they just use AMA. https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:american-medical-association

Generell, dopellte Quellen nicht löschen, sondern vereinigen (merge). Quellen leben im Dokument. Demnach musst du die doppelten Quellen löschen und neu einfügen. Dann verschwindet das.

Which item type? Please share a screenshot from the item in your Zotero library.

I'm not fully sure, but it sounds like your citations are getting flattened? See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/existing_citations_not_detected

Continued here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/124322/edit-request-mcgill-guide-10th-ed-journal-articles-remove-library-catalogue-field#latest (a ping in the other thread is preferred to keep the information in one thread and we don't need to…

The missing authors on import is one thing. Just add them manually. The other thing is if you'd actually want to cite this. I personally would cite the linked published paper where these findings are described instead of this database entry.

You can add these into the extra file like so: Illustrator: Doe || John The available names variables can be found here: https://docs.citationstyles.org/en/stable/specification.html#name-variables It depends on the citation style though if they wil…

All at once. Use this: https://rintze.zelle.me/ref-extractor/

Do you have some Word documents where you had citations? If so you can extract those and at least won't have to start from 0.

All you need to do is set up sync on your "new" computer and it will download everything. https://www.zotero.org/support/sync You can also check if you have the data synced with you click in "Web Library" up top.

That was an absolute stub of a style. I've made a PR to refactor it and support a lot more items. You can use the fixed style using this link: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/raw/d55677f19097fe2401c80ebce21ba72e1a45ab19/blood.csl

Thanks for the link. We have superscript versions of Vancouver which you can download and install from here: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=Vancouver sup I'll add a dependent style for thiw journal.
-
Ne, der Pull Request wurde bereits gemerged. Das sollte sich automatisch bei dir Updaten und die Funktion direkt verfügbar sein.
-
It's a lot easier for us to help you if you tell us the journal you're submitting to and sharing a link to the author guidelines.
-
Can you tell us the name of the journal and give a link to the author guidelines? That way we can help faster and more specific. :) Otherwise, we have Vancouver bracket versions on the style repository, of course. https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=va…

Thanks for double checking that. Fixed my reply above just in case.

I was playing around with the Jasmin plugin today and saw the "add bookmark" feature. Have a look if that's what you need. https://github.com/l0o0/jasminum

No need to translate the messages. Save yourself the work and just keep it in English. It also makes your threads very large and hard to keep an overview. :) Just to confirm, you have the "Save as bookmarks" NOT on? https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.…
