And the award goes to....dstillman. So it turns out it was Shadow Play from GeForce experience. Something glitched out and it just turned itself on, but wasn't in the settings either (confused). I remember updating my driver yesterday as well, tha…

But I don't think I am. I have Geforce Experience alright and have used Fraps before. But I dont recognise this at all. And it's only Zotero!

I did not unlink, no.

I did the method B, but nothing happens... https://www.dropbox.com/s/ifyzujzz9aage9k/biblio.PNG?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/5erpvix7z78vqeh/biblio1.PNG?dl=0

Thank you, will give a go tomorrow.

Alright, but I haven't got a clue :\. I am just doing first year of college and am not so proficient with Word. I have 2016 Windows version.
-
@dstillman yeah i get ya. C: is my system drive (ssd) My 2TB hdd is split into D, E, F partitions. I have placed it into F: It shouldn't cause any delays. That disk can transfer around 70MB/S

It defaults to Chrome. I also have Firefox, as I am a long term Firefox user but a few months installed Chrome to give it a shot. But default is Chrome for the extension.

Yes.

Yes. Okay, thanks.
-
No :\. As I feared, it is only the simplified capture... https://www.dropbox.com/s/o0a4qpx356efhuv/meta.PNG?dl=0

Sorry, generally.
-
Right. Thanks.

I kept the location of the file unchanged. It is the location initially created by MoonReader actually F:\dropbox/apps/books I downloaded Adobe Acrobat on my tablet, linked it with Dropbox and just opened the file from there. Immediately it had all…

P.S. Now it works so fine that I don't even need to press Send To Tablet :). This brings me to the question, what is "send to tablet" for actually. Is it for let's say if the PDF isn't on my tablet, so I can export it there? And vice-versa, that if…
-
@bwiernik all good suggestions. One more however :). I could extract notes and make that my "primary note" into which I will make outlines and the cosmetics. After that, every time I extract notes I can just copy and paste the new parts into the pri…

@adamsmith just downloaded Acrobat Adobe on my Android tablet. Oh, what a blessing. Works perfectly! Why wasn't I using that for PDFs earlier? :D
-
Fairplay to you man! Seriosuly kudos for the time and effort. But no thanks, it involves too many steps and besides it isn't exactly what I want. I think taking parts if Wiki page into clipboard and making a note in Zotero will be the finest, accomp…
-
No problem, bwiernik. From adam's comment and my test I take it doens't work unless integrated on code level, which has not happened yet.
-
P.S. I realised that I had the setting "only me" on, so I changed it but still the snapshot is devoid of annotations
-
@bwiernik Somehow it isn't working for me. I have created a Hypothes.is account. Highlighted a random bit, see here https://www.dropbox.com/s/b5jonaezdsqsrj1/highlight.PNG?dl=0 but when taken snapshot, it's w/o annotations https://www.dropbox.co…

Aha, thanks @bwiernik
-
@adamsmith Nice. But I take it that the annotations made by 3rd party cannot be imported to Zotero. "Third-party tools can be used to annotate and highlight web pages before saving them to Zotero." Probably best thing to do would be go to the webs…
-
I came across this in the documentation. What 3rd party tools do they mean that can do this... https://www.zotero.org/support/screencast_tutorials/annotation
-
Thanks for the help guys.
-
Right. I think by using it in different situations over time, I will understand better. I have asked my college for the resolver. I will add it in and see what it can do..
-
Thank you.
-
Aha, but if I have access to the library, Zotero will download the pdf anyway at the time of making the metadata. So what is the point having the resolver..
-
Adamsmith, aha okay. But what's the deal if you amend the note-item (eh highlight, change font, etc) and then you extract annotations again. The new extraction doesn't have the changes you made the note-item. That essentially. Makes the ability to e…

Adamsmith, if it's just that then I don't know if I'll have much use for it really
