Thank you for reporting. This should be fixed now.
-
We've fixed the issue, Web Library should be fully functional on iPads again.
-
Hi, Thank you for reporting the issue. I can see the problem, this is related to some changes we've introduced few hours ago. We're working on a fix, which hopefully will be deployed later today.
-
Just a quick update, this issue has now been fixed. You should be able to see title of a truncated collection/library by hovering cursor over it.
-
It's now possible to subscribe to the feed in the new web library, the options is under three-dot menu in the toolbar.

You should be able to see full name by hovering mouse cursor over the truncated label, however this indeed doesn't work for the libraries/collections tree at the moment. We will fix that, thank you for reporting.

Hi, It's not currently possible to view unfiled items or duplicates in the web library. Adding these is planned but we don't have a firm date at this point. Similarly adding "Added By" column to Zotero is also planned.
-
Hi, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately locate menu is not currently supported in the Web Library. We might consider adding support in the future but, this being web-based, there are some technical limitations to consider.

You can right click on the trash and press "Empty Trash". Alternatively you can select items you want to remove from the trash (or select all with "cmd+a" on a mac or "ctrl+a" on windows) and press "cmd+left arrow" (again "ctrl+left arrow" on wind…

First, on the web version, I don't see the three-dots buttons in the top right. These only appears on devices with either small screen or devices where touch screen is being used. Second, drag an drop mechanics can create major problem for universit…

Is this in your library or in a group library you have write access to?
-
We will look into this. In the meantime you could try the following workaround: 1. Recreate the tag in your desktop Zotero (by, for example adding it to a single item, it needs to be identical in terms of characters used, i.e. based on your first …

Is the tag still visible in your desktop Zotero program? If it doesn't and you have synced, it should disappear from the Web Library as well. I've noticed that it might take a few minutes for it to actually disappear in the Web Library (and you nee…

I suspect your local storage somehow got corrupted. I'm going to investigate how this is possible, however as a quick fix you can try to reset it. To do this go to web library, open browser console (for example by pressing Cmd+Option+i on macOS) and…

If at all possible, I'd advise updating your iOS which will also update Safari on your iPad. However if you're stuck with that version on your hardware, the only alternative is to use legacy version of the Web Library. To do that, once logged in, ap…

@pereznat Thank for reporting, I can see the problem though I'm getting a different error: "Received error from Zotero server: Item not found." Could you please confirm that's what you've seen as well? From what I can tell this only happens if you …
-
Thank you @vincentverdult for investigating, looks like there might indeed be an issue with items with related items in group libraries. I'll look into this and post again once I know more.
-
You can select multiple items in the items pane and drag them to a target (sub)collection. By default it will copy, if you want to move items, press command (⌘) on macOS or Shift on Windows/Linux on your keyboard while dragging items.
-
Thank you for you suggestions, unfortunately this is not possible in the web library yet, however it works perfectly fine in the desktop client which we always recommend for day-to-day work. I agree that it would be useful addition to the functiona…

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately creating related items is currently not possible in the new web library. We plan to implement complete management of related items, however I cannot confirm when this will happen. Here is a relevant Gi…

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We're still working on improving keyboard navigation in the new web library. In the case you've described, focus should most likely stay on the selected tag but at the very least it should be possible to get back to…

Just a quick update on this: web library now has more descriptive titles updated based on where you navigate in the app.

Really sorry to hear your laptop has been stolen. I believe what you want to do is to setup sync for your Zotero. Just download Zotero from here, install it on your new computer and follow these instructions to setup sync. Make sure you use the sam…

@tbabinszki we've recently made some improvements. If you could test the new beta again, we would greatly appreciate feedback on the changes.
-
I would have expected the behavior to be more like most web apps, where interacting with the app doesn't change the Back menu at all. From my experience that's not the case. Most web-based email apps will create an entry for every folder you open, …

I can confirm the bug and have created a github issue to track this problem: https://github.com/zotero/web-library/issues/363 I'll post again once this is fixed, shouldn't be too long.

Hi, would you be able to answer few questions in order for us to fix problems you've experienced? Firstly could you please confirm that you're using the new web library beta? The "old" web library has a header with a grey background and a link on t…

I've found an issue where some group libraries didn't appear if you had access to a large number of them. That might have been the cause of the problem you were seeing. We will be deploying a fix shortly.

Thanks for the report. Do you by any chance rememeber what was the last thing you did before seeing this error? It would help if you could list steps to reproduce this problem and/or paste URL from the browser when this error happened.
