DOI Lookup Issue

I have attempted to add a new item to my library using the DOI. I've tried several DOIs from various publications with the same error message: Lookup Failed - Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again.

    Switching Zotero off and on again should help.

    If it doesn't help please provide a debug id.

    Not sure what that means- switch it off and on. I’m using the Zotero app for MacBook.

    I mean try to quit Zotero, for example by pressing ⌘+Q when app is visible, and then start it again.
