From what I can see, once focus is moved onto citation style button, voice reader should say what current citation style is. Pressing space bar or return should open the list which should allow picking citation style. We generally test accessibility…

There is a problem with some setups where opening Zotero drastically drops monitor refresh rate on some combinations of hardware on Windows. If this is a problem you're seeing, the following might help: Start "Nvidia Control Panel"From the column …

Generally Zotero should behave the same regardless of screen size or resolution and some of us have large screens and Zotero works OK. Is it slow in any particular place (e.g. reacting on clicks, loading items etc) or just generally feels like mous…

Please have a look at Changes not syncing, and follow steps described there.
-
This is by design, explained here (see note): https://www.zotero.org/support/adding_items_to_zotero#manually_adding_items
-
I don't see a sync attempt in the debug output. Please follow these steps exactly: (e.g., making a change to an item in the online library that doesn't appear in Zotero, or vice versa), along with a description of what's not transferring. Start debu…

We've deployed a new version where this problem has been fixed. Thanks for reporting.
-
Last step on that list is to post a Debug ID here (which is different from Report ID, as explained on the linked page).
-
This is a report ID which unfortunately isn't helpful here. Please follow the steps listed here: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing

It wasn't clear from your original message which feature after you are specifically. Web library now uses the same note editor as Zotero (desktop app) so many of the differences from your original post no longer apply. However managing tags on chil…

If your sync has completed, item and all attachments should be in the same state on both ends. One major difference is that in web library attachments appear in the details pane (usually on right-hand side) in "attachments" tab and not in the main l…

No, web library only works with Zotero storage. To sync between devices using webDAV for file syncing, you need to you use Zotero for that platform (desktop or iOS app)

Based on the URL you've posted, this search runs only in a single collection (highlighted in collection tree on the left). Does the item you're looking for belong to this collection? If it does, to be able to do any debug, as @dstillman explained, …

@freedoc even if you did deploy your own sync infrastructure which, as @adamsmith explained, is not trivial, I don't believe it would fix your issue. If I understand correctly, based on your other post, your PC is running a piece of software that e…

Web library is just a web-based front-end and I don't think deploying it on your own server will address any issue with synchronization you might be experiencing. Could you describe what problem is that you're trying to solve exactly? Is this rela…

Unfortunately it's not possible, some columns are not available in web library. For any serious work we always recommend using Zotero (desktop app).

Currently importer only supports direct logins, login via email link isn't supported yet but hopefully will be in the near future. Currently, if it's not possible to login to Mendeley directly, you can use "alternative method" described here.
-
We would need more info to be able to help. What were you trying to do? Please see https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems
-
Since it worked before and now you're receiving server timeouts it's most likely an issue with Koofr or your connection to their webDAV servers. It will probably clear itself after a while.
-
Thanks, we will fix it!

Before you override your online library, I'd recommend going to web library, finding the 80 items that your now-reverted library lacks locally, export these to "Zotero RDF". You can then import these items into your, now-recovered library - it's not…
-
Zotero keeps track of items previously imported from Mendeley and updates these items on re-import. Most likely what happened here was, during re-import, items you've updated in Zotero have been reverted to their version from Mendeley. There is a c…

If you're still missing items after re-import, could you please run it again, this time with debug enabled, and post debug id here?

I think the link you've posted is slightly confusing as it describes assigning references to categories which we've already agreed are mapped to items and collections. However, having looked through Citavi, I can see that by clicking on a "Knowledg…
-
Do you see those missing references in Mendeley library online (not desktop)?
-
Both categories and keywords, including keywords on annotations, are imported to Zotero. Categories are mapped to collections and keywords are mapped to tags. Previously, Citavi categories would have been "flattened" when importing, i.e. hierarchy…

Syncs always works both ways, since you've reverted to an older backup, sync tries to bring your local version up to date with the latest (in this case unwanted) changes. What I believe you actually want to do is to replace your online library. Th…

This feature is not available in web library. The solution here would be to install Zotero on your desktop instead of using web library. Also please note that you are not "using Zotero Web from a desktop to access Zotero Desktop". What happens here…
