Cannot expand table in note in web interface

I cannot find a way to add (or delete) rows or columns to a table in a note in the Zotero web interface. Tables seem to be limited to the default 2x2 table that is inserted when selecting `Insert > Table`.

    Indeed seems like this element of the UI is missing in the web library. We will fix it.

    This has been fixed in the new version of web library which we've released today. In this version, when working with a table, a floating context menu should appear.
