That's a great suggestion/workaround. I will try it. Thanks. Also saving the report as HTML, then printing from that, seems to alleviate some of the issues.
-
Yes, there's a problem in the display of the REPORTS, which I'm guessing starts with the problem of display in NOTES, which cannot ingest embedded pictures or synch NOTES that have them. Margins are screwy, fonts turn super-huge or miniscule. And …

Well, thanks anyway.

Thanks, LiborA for this helpful tip. A simple answer, that works. Why waste time coding anything when the format exists?
-
Wow, dan. Thanks for this. Let me study and try. Back to you soon. Truly appreciated.

This is helpful - but I have a slightly different problem. I have an old zotero file that was never incorporated to my current zotero library. How can I import that file into my current zotero library? Thanks for any suggestions you might have.
-
Thanks much for this. Same prob., same fix -- 3.0.11. Much appreciated!
-
Read the kb/"ssl certificate error" note. Looks like I have some issues to sort out on my end first.
-
Ok, thanks. Lets hope to hear from folks, then. Again, thanks.
-
@ajlyon - How can I further assist?
-
thank you!

Ok - so *none* of the documents work. Do you still want their numbers? I can give you four random ones that fail.

Sorry to say I get the same error message. I opened and saved the factiva.js file, started firefox, opened zotero, opened factiva, did a couple of different searches; saw the one-click icon in the address bar, clicked, got the screen to come up wher…

The Factiva translator isn't working for me. "Could Not Save Item" in Factiva - http://global.factiva.com.ezp-prod1.hul.harvard.edu/ha/default.aspx. Thanks for your help.
-
Hi - Can't save items from Factiva. URL: http://global.factiva.com.ezp-prod1.hul.harvard.edu/ha/default.aspx. Thanks.
-
Tried it - that YouTube icon so rocks! Fantastic...
-
Thanks, Rintze!

Ok, thanks again. I'll suggest some additional fields. BTW - what does ajlyon's YouTube.js translator do? That contains some YouTube-specific fields?
-
Well, then - we need a YouTube Item Type! :)
-
Dan - thanks. Video Recording as an Item Type looks as though its meant for video libraries - VCR stuff, whatever. director, series, volume #... YouTube seems to fit that like square peg/round hole. I think people here are speaking about a specific …
-
@adamsmith - thanks for that. But I'm just not seeing the YouTube Item Type in the drop down menu. Is that where I should expect to see it? I don't see the "little film reel from next to any youtube videos" that ctylersmith mentions either. Thanks …
-
Is there an Item Type for YouTubes? I do see the item type Web Page and use that, but it's not well tailored to YouTube. Am I missing something? I have saved the youtube.js file as you indicate - not sure really what it does! Thanks for all your hel…

Same here. Argh. Win7 64bit. Chrome. Pffft... I've been wrestling with this for 90 mins...frustrating. Looking forward to making this work. For now, back to Firefox I guess.
