Once you resolve all tracked changes you should be able to use Zotero with your document normally. If it doesn't work, your citations may be unlinked.

After restarting your browser and attempting to cite with Zotero in a new document, do you get an account selection window? If so, are you making sure you are selecting the account which owns the document you are trying to cite?
