A couple of things to try in such cases: - Try disabling other extensions to see if they interfere with normal working of Zotero connector - Try resetting translators from the connector preferences

@lorenzguitar You are likely experiencing a known Zotero bug with OSX and LO where it fails to display warning dialogues. There's little we can do about this as it's a LibreOffice bug, although there might be a workaround eventually.

The PDF issue is a separate thing and related to ACS translator. For that particular article it tries to download the lo-res version of the PDF, but it's not available on ACS website itself.

Currently no support for in-browser doc editors. We are aiming at support for google docs first, if this ever comes, but no ETA even for that at the moment.

Direct saving of pages and PDFs is currently not supported without the Zotero client. This might change in the future, but there is no ETA for the moment.

Does clicking "Install.." button just doesn't do anything? You could try manually installing the Word plugin. We'll have better ways to troubleshoot this in the upcoming Zotero 5.0
