can't save

Ready Set Recover
I'm using Chrome on a Mac. I've added the connector extension. The only pages that I am able to save are the zotero pages and NYT. nothing else gives me a blue icon. Not amazon. Not the journal articles that I want to actually be citing and cataloging. HELP!!! PLEASE!!!!

    Do you have Zotero Standalone installed and running? Could you submit a Report ID from Zotero Connector for Chrome and provide a link that should work, but doesn't?
