The options is at the top-left, under the label "New Library..."

Go to Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processor Plugins and reinstall the Word plugin.

JavaScript Error: "The operation is insecure." {line: 47} There's a bunch of these in the error report. Do you have any unusual and/or strict security/privacy rules enabled in firefox? That would be a place to look at.
-
@cuigl sorry for taking so long to respond. Could you produce the Debug ID for refreshing the page, not clicking on the Zotero Connector? We need to see why it fails to detect the correct translator. @adamsmith it detects the ACS translator for me,…

Unless you use templates with macros with Office, it should not be an issue, but you could switch to the option that shows a notification for unsigned macros, which will prevent malicious code from running in case you ever encounter it.
-
Well, neither of those are valid RSS feeds, which is why you cannot add them. For PLOS, click the RSS feed icon at the top-right of the page and copy the URL in your browser into the dialog.
-
What is the URL that you are trying to enter? Zotero will reject URLs that do not start with http:// or https://
-
@LiborA FWIW this may no longer be true. We just haven't got around to attempting to convert the extension to Edge since the last attempt.
-
You can install the plugin into LO directly. See https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation#libreoffice

Could you submit a Report ID?
-
I'm afraid currently there is very limited support for mobile platforms and Zotero. You can try the bookmarklet, it should be able to save stuff, but yours success may be limited depending on the resources you're looking at. If you can set up iClou…

Make sure you allow Macros in the Trust Centre
-
It shouldn't cause any problems. Although if you can add bookmarks to Chrome, you can almost certainly install the Chrome extension. The bookmarklet is quite limited in which pages it can save, due to the limited privileges of bookmarklets in genera…

I mean, ScienceDirect translators need updating, so that's not a Connector bug. You shouldn't be getting the failed saving cross either -- just no pdf attachments in general. If you can provide URLs and Debug IDs from pages that fail, we can take …
-
In general, ScienceDirect has been a bit of a moving target for translator folks lately. The translator doesn't even have a PDF for this item for me, so it is not unreasonable to assume that Elsevier is A/B testing and serving different sites to dif…

Could provide Debug IDs from Zotero Standalone and corresponding URLs?
-
@nitesh Begin by updating Zotero to 4.0.29.17 and reinstalling the plugin from Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processor Integration
-
I cannot reproduce the problem running Zotero 4.0.29.17, Word 2013 (15.0.4927.1000) and Windows 10 with the document snippet that you have sent. Adding and Editing citations works fine. After editing, saving and reopening the document Zotero functio…

I cannot reproduce the bug with Word 2013 (15.0.4927.1000) and Windows 10. There has been a hotfix from Microsoft for Office 2013 and you're generally quite a few versions behind on that. See if you can still reproduce the crash after the update.
-
@a.assouan You should follow Brenton's suggestions. If that doesn't help you might have a single broken citation that is confusing Zotero in the rest of the document. You should follow debugging broken documents instructions in that case to try and …

Could you create a Debug ID for clicking Insert Citation in Word?
-
Well, you should update to Zotero 4.0.29.17, although I'm not sure whether that will help. For testing's sake, could you produce the smallest snippet that uses Track Changes and breaks citations (i.e. a couple of paragraphs), save that as a doc and…
-
Citing should generally work with track changes, but it certainly makes the situation more complicated. What versions of Zotero and Word are you running?
-
Can you still reproduce the problem if you accept all track changes revisions?
-
I cannot reproduce the error with the document you've emailed. A citation and bibliography is inserted without problems.
-
Are you using track changes or have inserted citations in tables or captions?
-
Do you get the repeated errors if you save the document and open it yourself again, or does the problem only occur when you transfer the document from one computer to another?
-
You should generally not see those errors if you had ticked "Store references in documents" in the document preferences. If it is unticked, you should still not get missing reference errors if you and your colleagues are in the same Zotero group and…

Are you saying that clicking the headlines for Date or Title in the centre pane does not order the items? Could you provide a Report ID?
-
There were no changes on Zotero side both to break capturing form EBSCO or fix it, so it is likely that EBSCO themselves both broke and fixed whatever the issue was over this period. @mgcoffee can you confirm that it is working for you?
