Microsoft Word 2016 for Mac - no Zotero appearing

I have upgraded to Word 2016 for Mac but Zotero has now disappeared. I have tried to download the plug in but it says 'application not recognised'. What can I do? Thank you.

    Go to Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processor Plugins and reinstall the Word plugin.
