What do you mean by "nothing happens"? Do you have an option in the right-click menu and it does nothing, or is there no option at all? Either way, you should update your Safari to the latest version and see if that helps.

You can fix this for yourself by changing the hidden preferences `zotero.httpServer.port` in Zotero and `connector.url` in the Connector to use a different port. Zotero and the browser will need a restart.

The debug log shows you successfully loading the pubmed page and saving it successfully, and then refreshing the page where translators don't load. Is this inconsistent like that? Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't?

What specific version of Word 2016 though? You want to be on 15.40

@sumaye73 , @HettyMerton you should try installing Zotero 5.0 Beta build, reinstall the word plugin in Zotero -> Edit -> Preferences -> Cite -> Word Plugins, and see if the crashing still occurs.
