Thanks, this looks right. Could you remove the Connector from Firefox, install the version 5.0.24, then navigate to about:addons click "More" for Zotero Connector, select Off for Automatic Updates, then submit another Debug ID for the same sequence …

Navigate to Zotero downloads page in Safari and install the connector there. If that doesn't work, describe precisely what happens. You should also make sure that you are running the latest version of Safari, currently 11.0.2

Zotero will require a restart after updating (and you will need to replace the plugin files after it updates), but the updates are not very frequent, currently about one a week. Have you had any luck with the updated files in using Zotero with Word?
