@bnctest this shouldn't help. If you cannot see the Zotero tab, launching as Admin shouldn't help. It might help if Word fails to communicate with Zotero. When launched without admin, do you see Zotero macros under Developer -> Macros?

Have you tried saving again? It failed for me before verifying and once after verifying, but then after trying to save again (you need to refresh the page, to initiate another save), it works for all PDFs on the site.
