No bibliography update

System was working fine one hour ago but now will not update information on my word document.

"Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

Attempting to generate bibliography without having updated processor items"

    Does it work if you restart Zotero? Does it work in a new document?

    I have the same problem. I have restarted Zotero many time, but it does not work. Please help me. Thanks

    Maybe it's somesthing wrong with the plug-in. When I tried to insert bibliography it said :"Attempting to generate bibliography without having updated processor items", I fixed that by doing this:

    1 file>options>add-ins, click zotero.dot and you can see its location
    2 Open the file (location), there're two 'zotero.dot' plug-in. I'm using Word 2016 so I deleted the 97-03 template
