That is a report ID. Please follow the steps for producing the Debug ID linked on the troubleshooting page.

Which steps have you tried from the troubleshooting guide? If you have tried everything, you will need to follow the last step and provide a Debug ID.
-
You should try step 8. I.e. keep on splitting the document in half, until you find a portion that is causing items to not appear in the citation dialog.

@nskg Which citation style are you using? Does it start working if you refresh the document tab?
-
We haven't seen something like this before. It could be your existing document corruption, but it could also be a bug on Zotero's side. More detailed debugging is needed. Could you run through the debugging broken documents steps for the existing do…

If you add citations for entries 1-25 in a new document, do you still get the remaining ones in the citation dialog?

@nskg Could you submit a Report ID from both the Connector and Zotero client?

How many entries do you have with the same author name? Do you see all of the entries listed for this query in a new document citation dialog? If you insert some of these entries in a new document do you still see all entries listed in the citation…

@craiglperkins the Debug ID doesn't contain you trying to save the page. You should take these steps: 1. Open the Zotero Connector preferences 2. In the Advanced tab of the Zotero Connector preferences, check the box next to “Enable Logging.” Do no…

Have you compiled this document by copying and pasting from other Word files? Does it start working if you add one more citation before trying to insert the bibliography?

Unfortunately we cannot display a custom progress dialog over Firefox PDF viewer, due to restrictions in Firefox itself. This may change in the future, but for now you can either enter tags after saving the PDF in Zotero or use Chrome, where you wil…

You need to go into Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors and reinstall the word plugin. Word version 16.9 broke Zotero citing, which cause corrupt citations. The plugin should have updated automatically, except in the case where you h…

You probably got a prompt asking Zotero to control Word and clicked "No". This is a new security feature in macOS Mojave. Apple does not seem to provide a graphical interface to re-prompt for control access once the user elects to disable it. You wi…

Could you submit a Report ID?

Can you edit existing citations? Zotero might not be able to insert citations into tables, captions, text-boxes, etc, so make sure you're not inserting into one of those.

Have you tried restarting your Mac? Does it work in a new document?
-
This would happen if you had a duplicate of the item in your library and cited both of the duplicate items, or if you had removed the item from your library and then re-added it, in which case the original citation would have lost the connection wit…

Sorry, I meant to ask whether you can reproduce the issue by inserting the item that is causing you trouble twice in a new document?
-
Can you reproduce this in a new doc by inserting the same citation? If not, try removing both citations and reinserting in the doc you're working on.

There's currently an issue with Safari 12 and the bookmarklet login page that we are investigating. To make it work, go to zotero.org in Safari and log in into your account manually before using the bookmarklet.

Does it work in a new document? If it does, run through the debugging broken documents steps.

What citation style are you using? Can you reproduce this in a new document?
