Pb with editing references

Hi,
I have Zotero 5.0.55.1 and Word 2011 versions for Mac

I can't edit my list of references. The msg says "you must insert a quote before doing this", but I inserted tens of these (thesis file!).
I do not understand the problem.
Probably a pb from word than from Zotero. Perhaps with java ?

Someone have an idea abot this pb ?

    Have you compiled this document by copying and pasting from other Word files? Does it start working if you add one more citation before trying to insert the bibliography?

    And no for the second. But I try actually and it's OK !
