It's the one you got the error about: C:\Users\Fanny\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\user\uno_packages\cache, you need to remove all contents of that folder.

This shouldn't happen unless you get errors from the Zotero libreoffice plugin in the first place. What version of LibreOffice are you running? Restarting should fix the problem.

Is this Word for Mac? Have you tried running through the debugging broken documents instructions?

In Zotero Connector Preferences, under Advanced is the option to enable the Google Docs integration checked? If it is could you submit a Report ID?

Something is wrong with your installation. Have you manually installed the Word plugin somehow? Go to C:\Users\lilly.136\Documents\Zotero\extensions and remove the zoteroWinWordIntegration@zotero.org folder, then reinstall Zotero and try again.

Are you in suggestion mode (track changes)? Try switching to editing mode.

Are you experiencing it right now with your document? If you make a copy and remove all but the first page of the document does it still happen?

There is no Zotero plugin for Google Slides and the menu option in the Google Slides toolbar shouldn't appear. Are you sure you are seeing it? Of course, you can cite in Google Slides with quick copy.

Zotero is fully compatible with Office 365. Try reinstalling the plugin from Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors. If that doesn't help try the manual installation steps

@llambovitch The first thing to try would be to reinsert the items that are not updating. Make sure you select the item you want to reinsert from the list labeled My Library and not Cited.
