Zotero does not support citations in text frames and captions in LibreOffice. All citations have to be in the main body of text or footnotes/endnotes. See debugging broken documents for more information.

Sorry, this was indeed a bit vague. I meant, no space symbols (" ") in the path. The filename can have spaces, but the folder path to the file should not have them.

Restart Zotero and your browser and try again in a new document. Does it work? How about in the existing document? If it does not, could you submit a Report ID from Zotero?

Did you get an error from the Zotero plugin when the Undo got stuck? After restarting LibreOffice is there a reliable way to reproduce this?
