Bug report: When I want to edit an existing citation, when I press "inseret/edit citation", a dialogue box appears, I click on the citation to edit, add whatever I need (e.g., add a suffix), press enter and so far all is correct. But then, in ordre …

Thank you for the suggestion. However, it seems that in my drop-down menu there is no "Create book section" item. Is this a result of some kind of customisation? (my right-click dropdown menu is just like on the picture, but ends with "Delete".)

It seems that "rename file from parent metadata" is not working in beta. See my error submission 1254056683

Thank you, that is very helpfu. However, it would have been even better if one could make a book section entry based on the contents information. Currently entering the information for a section of a book is rather clumsy because one needs to go bac…

Ok, thank you! I toggled the smart quotes off and now the letters work as supposed. Still I think it's a bug since it works without problems and tinkling in Annotations. Thanks anyway, problem solved!

I second the initial request and completely agree with hollysully: I would like to switch to Zotero, but Mendeley search gives the preview of the results which makes the searching so much easier because it gives answer as to where the search string …

-
Add/Edit works on these fields correctly. But after editing they remain blue and if they are underlined, they remain underlined
-
I created this by pressing "add note" in the zotero ribbon in MS word - right next to Add/Edit citation. I understand that this is the regular way
-
In Zotero note they look normal - black, not underlined. Yes, they seem to behave otherwise as normal citation fields. I can righgt-click them and toggle field codes - they display the normal info when toggled

correction - no, they are not all underlined - just some of the notes produce underlined blue citations. Others are just blue

I noticed that current version of Zotero does exactly that: exits "note mode" after each note. I find exactly this behaviour annoying as I am used to keep notes frequently. After I write one note, I keep reading the text until I need to add another …
