I see the same with Zotero 6.0.17 on macOS Monterey. Also, with the Add-ons Manager opened, every time I click on "Window" in the menu bar, "My Library - Zotero" and "Add-ons Manager" get repeated.

When you hover your mouse over the connector of your web browser, you should see "Save to Zotero (IPCC)". Clicking on the connector gives you access to the list of chapters. You can select which one you want to save

What do you mean by "I can not save papers"? Do you mean you cannot save the data to Zotero or you cannot download the pdf?
