I you click on "sample tag", you should see a pop-up showing 1 tag. Click on the "-" sign on the right. Edit: I missed the "lock symbol" in the annotation. See RamonMi reply below mine.

Please note that, at the time of writing, the preview follows the theme you apply to the reader, so you won't have the Original theme in the preview if you use the Dark theme in the reader, as you want to have.
