Works fine for me on Zotero 7.0.30, both on Mac and Linux. Does it make any difference if you restart in troubleshooting mode?

Add item by identifier and with the connector both work for me with Zotero desktop. Do you have any plugin installed in Zotero?

Please report the issue with this Flatpak in the issue tracker. Meanwhile, you should try with the official tarball (How do I install Zotero?).

Installez Zotero en utilisant le tarball officiel. Ou a défaut zotero-deb. La version snap a beaucoup de problèmes. (Et le support en ligne ne prend pas en charge ces installeurs non-officiels.)
