You know, I spoke too soon. On the factiva search results page, I get the folder icon in the URL bar that indicates Zotero has a list of sources to save. When I click more than one source to save down, I get the beachball of death again.

Thanks for the quick response. I tried setting maxUploads to 1. I'm still getting errors. I've tried syncing at least 7 times in the last 24 hours and have gotten an error every single time. Weird thing, though, is that when I then sync up the zoter…
