I tried to use both of these tools before, but Zotero was better for me and I stopped using Mendeley. But if I have to say why, I can't answer exactly.

I tried import this publication by Zotero and it was imported. Unfortunately, there are missing a lot of matadata such publisher, place of publishing, edition.

No, you have to delete only attachments respectively unsync your attachements from Zotero storage (see https://www.zotero.org/support/preferences/sync). Metadata (citations) do not need to delete. See also this thread: https://forums.zotero.org/disc…

I see in the https://pubs.acs.org/doi/pdf/10.1021/bk-2006-STYG.ch014, that the DOI is regular part of citation in ACS style.

Hallo, if you use style Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien - Wirtschaftspädagogik - (German - Austria) then it is better to describe changec, which you need to achieve conformity with the style of your university.

I think it is not a good idea, you can see details about each items in the right pane. You can add or delete rows in the middle pane. Why can you see structured information in the middle pane simmilarly as in the right pane?
