And does this happen only on zotero.org, or also forums.zotero.org? You would not be able to log in to the forums, but can you at least load them in Firefox?
-
If that happens more than once it's generally a problem processing your payment. Email storage@zotero.org with details and we can help figure out the details.
-
This would generally just be because you have been syncing for a while after you hit your storage limit. If you don't notice the sync error, your metadata will all continue to sync, but no new files will be uploaded until there is space available. O…
-
All users that sync will always have a full copy of the metadata on their computer. By default Zotero syncing is set to "download files at sync time" which means all users that join the group and sync would have a full copy of all the data. A copy …

That's the currently selected plan that shows it's expired. You can click the "Renew Now" button on the left side to renew at that subscription level.

They can ask a user to create a key for them, just like anyone can by creating their own oauth app. They can't unilaterally do anything with it. This standard was designed for applications that had no expectation of being able to strongly secure th…

This is not something to panic over. You've already renamed the application and removed the callback. Using those credentials is harder and no more useful than anyone just creating their own new application. We'll provide a way for the owner to rev…

The user that purchased the storage can email us at storage@zotero.org with details to request the transfer.

That would need to be a group library.

If the data in your web library is up to date, you can just set up sync in your Zotero app on your new computer. https://www.zotero.org/support/sync This is the first option for restoring Zotero data: https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#resto…

Is there anything unusual about the user name? This is certainly not a general problem people are seeing and I can't reproduce it. You can of course also invite them with an email or directly from their profile page. The most likely cause of this w…

You can use most debit or credit cards. For individual subscriptions, the unlimited storage option was introduced in 2014 and prices have not changed since then. That does not guarantee they won't ever change in the future.

Your university email address only qualifies you for unlimited storage if they have a Zotero Institution subscription. I'm afraid your university does not currently have a subscription, but if they start one in the future you'll automatically have …

This was split from the original discussion you posted to because this is not the same error those users were seeing. Were you sending to a username or email address? Were you inviting multiple users?
-
It's under development, but nothing yet.
-
Looks like this was a broader error, but effecting only some users. Could you try again now?
-
Thanks for reporting. Looking into this.

Thanks for reporting. This should be fixed.

You can't add another 2GB, but once you start a subscription you can switch between plans at any time (as long as you're not switching to a plan that has less storage than you're using). Your remaining subscription time will be re-calculated for you…

A student email address only provides unlimited storage if your institution has a subscription for it. We added a note to the storage settings to let users know it might be worth adding their institutional email in case their institution already had…

Yes, that's how it should work. You need to set up sync in the Zotero application and make sure it's the same account. https://www.zotero.org/support/sync

https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/installing_on_a_chromebook Pay attention to that note at the top though. It may not be possible to install on your chromebook.

Yes, you can set library editing and library reading separately in the group library settings. Then you can set some users as admins that would be able to edit, and others as members that can only read. https://www.zotero.org/support/groups#library…

You can email storage@zotero.org with details and we can let you know what's failing and possible alternatives.

Not sure what you mean here? The URL for your public group is https://www.zotero.org/groups/5279458/sci6004-ts2-laplante-_audrey You can always see all your groups from https://www.zotero.org/groups/ and follow the links there.

In the Zotero desktop application, right-click on the column header to select what fields to show in the items list. In the web library there is a table icon at the top right of the items list you can click to choose the displayed columns.
