What are you trying to do and what problem are you having? Whichever user created a group can send invitations to join the group, by email or Zotero username, from the group's member settings https://www.zotero.org/support/groups#members_settings I…

It looks like you received the email sometime between submitting your post and now. For other users, I'll note that email is not always instantaneous, especially within institutions, and triggering multiple identical emails is unlikely to speed thi…

You're a member of a group that you don't own. That group's owner is at their storage capacity preventing you from uploading files to the group.
-
What do you mean it's impossible to add her? Where are you encountering problems? Zotero does not enforce any international limitations.

Note that you can only log in using the primary email address on your account, not any others that are associated with your account (you can change which is your primary email address from your account settings on zotero.org).

Note that for full functionality you need to have the Zotero standalone client installed, which is not currently possible on ChromeOS. Google has said they're working on allowing full linux applications on the platform so that's a possibility for th…

They will not receive a separate email address when you add them. They just need to have the same email address associated with their Zotero account. Then there will be a 'Institutional Storage' entry in their storage settings noting that your insti…

It should be working now (though I'd still recommend using the publications features instead of the C.V. which will likely be removed at some point).

Your storage won't show groups that don't have file storage enabled (including any public open groups because file storage can't be enabled for those).

The highlighted green indicates your last subscription level, even after it has expired and your storage has reverted to the free level. If you click the 'Renew Now' button that's the subscription level it will charge you for.

The messages included in the emails and the internal notifications (that show in your inbox on z.org) are the same yes.
-
In that case, yes you should get one. I can see we've attempted to send you 4 of them since February which should have at least been sent to your email server, though anything beyond that point we have less insight into.

There is a preference to receive an email for group applications on https://www.zotero.org/settings/notifications

Should be fixed.

You need to download both Zotero Standalone and the 'Zotero Connector' for your browser from https://www.zotero.org/download/

I see this account as having unlimited storage, but not even at the limit for the free tier. Make sure you're syncing your Zotero client with the same account you logged in to the website with (The sync tab in your Zotero client preferences shows th…

No, we don't currently have OAuth2 support.

When you refresh your groups page, do you see a loading animation? Is it just blank? It may be that the javascript that loads your groups is not running. If the page is blank, what OS and browser are you using?
-
Are you sure you're logged in to the same account? The account you're posting from should show 2 groups on the website.
-
Is that on the account you're posting from? You shouldn't get that warning in the settings on this account. If you are that's a bug.

You can edit the contact details as needed on the receipt that's available in your storage settings after purchasing your subscription. If you need an invoice first you can email storage@zotero.org with the necessary details.

This is a bug. We only started allowing changed usernames recently so this hadn't been reported.

Yes. Max image size is 512KB.

The entire title shows up if you hover over it, or open the details, but there is no way to turn off the truncation in the items list.

Should be working now.

I can reproduce this. Looking into it.
