You've already registered an account with that email address. You can reset the password at https://www.zotero.org/user/lostpassword if you don't remember it.
-
Not sure what you're asking, but it's now possible to change your username from your account settings https://www.zotero.org/settings/account

What group is this? If the group is public the "Subscribe" link should take you directly to the feed. If it's still private or viewing the library is restricted to members it should take you to a page to create a key to access the feed with. If you'…

Make sure your Zotero client is set up to sync (https://www.zotero.org/support/sync). Then your personal library items should show up on the web and the group should show up in your client.
-
Probably. I can't reproduce any trouble switching between various group settings states. It's possible it was a temporary problem modifying the group. Let us know if you still get the error when trying to enable file storage.
-
Make sure you're using the same account both places. You can check which account you're currently using in your client by checking the username in the sync preferences.
-
And it's worth noting that institutional storage gets applied to users' individual accounts. It is activated by having the institutional email address as one of (possibly multiple) email addresses on the account, but is otherwise not tied to the ins…

email registration@zotero.org with details linking to this thread.

You can email registration@zotero.org with the details.
-
This is pretty much always a case of using the wrong username/email address (often because someone mistakenly created multiple accounts). The username for the account is noted in the password reset email.
-
This should be fixed, though with that many groups it will be possible for these requests to be fairly slow for now.
-
Yes, you'll be able to change it again. It's currently allowed to change a username once a week.
-
Older versions of Okular by default saved annotations in a separate directory and required using a separate save as option to save to the PDF file. It seems that newer versions have changed this so that the normal save action will save any annotatio…

It looks like the transfer was revoked the first time (in which case that link would no longer work, though we should add a better error message), then sent again.

https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/web_api/v3/basics#sorting_and_pagination Possible you're only looking at the first page of results? The API can't offer a full dump as you might expect from an "export" in a single request/file because there is no…

All group members should show up in that dropdown.
-
Yes. If you open your group's profile settings on zotero.org, you can choose a new owner on the right hand side at the bottom. The other user will then have to accept ownership of the group.
-
Note that it only appears if the account you're logged in with is the owner of the group.
-
Google is testing running Linux software on Chromebooks (https://www.zdnet.com/article/linux-comes-to-chromebooks/) so there is a possibility that the Zotero Linux client could work in the future.
-
There should also be a form below the new password one on that page for the email addresses associated with your Zotero account. You should also have gotten a validation email when you registered.
-
It should be storage@zotero.org I don't know if that address at digitalscholar.org is monitored. In any case, it should be clear in your storage settings now that you won't be charged.
-
You need to add each users' email address to the lab subscription, then their account will reflect the unlimited storage. There's a link to manage your lab subscription at the top of your storage settings (https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage)
-
I don't think we received that email, so if you continue having issues please do email that address again, however I think you should be set for now. Your issue was actually different in that your institution has a subscription that provides unlimi…

You're logged in with your peter.baumgartner account, so that's the only storage settings you'll see. If you log out from the website and then log back in with your petzi account and go to your storage settings you should see what you expect.
-
That's just a bug in the preview when there isn't an existing plan. The expiration when you purchase will be 1 year from the day.
-
Can you try removing the email and adding it again?
-
Yes, it should be 2019.
-
What browser are you using? It relies on javascript, so if that's being blocked or is not working in your browser it would appear blank. That's clearly not a good failure mode so we'll fix that.
-
You should see something when you view your library on zotero.org (https://www.zotero.org/mylibrary). Is that incomplete or are you not seeing anything at all there?
-
If you disable javascript on the snapshot it works fine, so some script theintercept includes is doing that.
