Feature Request: Fuzzy tag suggestion

This feature already exists in the mobile app. Please suggest tags based on fuzzy matching instead of literal matching. I want to get to my destination by just typing "crypto" instead of "Category: Computer Science > Cryptography".

I've found where to make this change in code. Will build locally and put up a PR if everything looks good.

It's left-bound for performance reasons: https://github.com/zotero/zotero/pull/2916#issuecomment-1316570889

We'd have to investigate performance before changing this.

If there is a performance concern, is it possible to add a config so that users can enable the fuzzy search feature themselves? I'm willing to see this happen.
