How strict are French legal publishers about this issue?
If suppressing repeated journal names is the dominant practice in French legal citation styles, it would be very helpful to have guidance on exactly how the rules for suppression work.
One further questiion. If we distinguish between common law and civil law sources by setting a "Case Name" only on the former, and setting only "Short Title" (optionally) on the latter, we can get cites from both domains to format correctly with a single style. This will be nice for comparative law people (like myself).
There is an issue in the Zotero UI, though, that I'm not sure how to handle. (...) What do you think?
