Error report

Hi,
I suddenly can't save to Zotero from Firefox 63.0.3 on Mac 10.13.6. When I click the icon to save, the dialogbox opens, but it just hangs. In Zotero prefs/Advanced, I found some errors and clicked 'report':
Report ID: 416308593

Any assistance would be very welcome.

Hang on... That was a book on Amazon. I just tried the same book from Google Books, and it worked! Amazon still does not... maybe the problem is with them.

That's just the contents of your Report ID. We need a Debug ID, and we only need the actual ID, not the contents.
