[Zotero 7 beta]: Attachment icon not correctly showing pdf

When I newly create an item, the attachment icon does not correctly reflect the pdf. Restarting the app resolves the issue: The pdf icon appears.

Not a significant issue, but confusing. Happens most of the time, but I haven't been able to figure out when.

Just realized that this can also happen as I quickly scroll through my library, and one of the items do not show an attachment icon, which then turns to a non-descript document icon and not the pdf icon. And stays that way. In Zotero 6, the items missing icons would only show the correct pdf icon once Zotero got a chance to catch up.

This appears to be no longer a problem in beta.64. Thanks if this was fixed.

One related (very minor) issue remains. Upon deletion of a PDF attachment, the PDF icon on the right side does not disappear, unless you restart Zotero or delete the PDF from the Trash.

I'm not seeing that. Could you provide steps to reproduce?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Delete a pdf attachment from an item. The pdf icon next to the item description stays.
2. Empty trash. The icon disappears.

I just discovered that this does not happen if I first delete the Pubmed Entry link. So, if the PDF is deleted but that Pubmed Entry link stays, the PDF icon also stays.
