[Zotero 7 Beta] Attachment PDF icon disappears after import

After importing the following article in my library, I can see the PDF icon appearing in the centre pane of My Library, but then it blinks very quickly, and finally disappears after a short time.

I have waited a long time, but it does not appear anymore.
Scrolling through the items and going back to the latest added items does not fix the problem.
If I close Zotero and reopen it, the icon appears correctly.
It also reappears if I open the PDF file in a tab, and then expand or collapse the item in My Library.
