Pin Library / Collection tabs in item panel

I wonder if it is possible to add a small feature to pin the library/collection tab in the item panel, so that we can quickly access some important and commonly used libraries.
In addition, we could set up separate views for collections of different types of documents or media. For example, for books and videos, we could use different views such as lists and galleries, and provide different information attributes.
