No. You can use Zotero in local Word documents shared via OneDrive (and thus enable simultaneous editing), but it doesn't currently work in Word online.

Zotero does not support Word Online due to technical limitations. You can however edit files from OneDrive with the desktop version of Word.

Zotero works with the 365 version of MS Office, both on the Mac and on Windows. (It doesn't work with Word online, but that's an entirely different tool)

Zotero only works with the desktop installed versions of Word. Note that Word 2016 and later do support live simultaneous editing by multiple people in the same way as Word Online and Google Docs.
