Works for me -- have you been downloading lots of items from Proquest? They rate limit pretty aggressively I think (see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/site_access_limits )

When I click to access Proquest databases (in Firefox) via my institution, it just spins and spins. It seems to work when I disable the Connector extension. It works on Chrome.
