Zotero Connector: Proquest Connector not importing PDF file

I am trying to get the PhD thesis from this page:
https://www.proquest.com/docview/1894979162/abstract
I am getting the metadata correctly, but not the PDF file. It does not even show the red cross saying that it does not have access to the PDF file, so I guess it is not even trying to download it?
I can access the PDF file through the VPN of my university.

I have this same issue. I'm running Windows 10 on a Lenovo Thinkpad; I use Zotero connector on MS Edge. I run into this issue now with sources that used to work just fine, in my case NYT Historical and WP Historical on Proquest. eg https://www.proquest.com/historical-newspapers/serious-study-tourism/docview/114582064/se-2?accountid=15172

Fixed. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
