    I think I got this error when importing from doi:10.1016/j.solener.2017.12.003 either via the Firefox plugin, or using the DOI import 'magic wand'.

    @ankitp94: As long as it's not growing unbounded, 3-4 GB RAM with multiple tabs open isn't necessarily a sign of a problem. You should see more or less what you see loading multiple PDFs in Firefox.

    Zotero is based on Firefox, and Firefox doesn't support HarmonyOS, so this is unlikely to ever happen unless HarmonyOS (or a third-party developer) implements a compatibility layer for Windows or Linu

    Thank you for this very helpful tip. Yeah, IT wasn't getting it at all, but the issue was the firefox version. I switched to the beta version and the sync started working again, much appreciated!

    Zotero is based on Firefox and identifies itself that way. Zotero 7.1, currently in beta, will be based on Firefox 128 and will identify itself that way, so if the issue is just that they now require
