I get an error while trying to update my bibliography. It worked at first but then wouldn't update so I tried everything on the troubleshooting page. I am using google docs and zotero by the way.

The first thing to try is to restart Zotero and refresh the Google Docs page. If it doesn't work then, provide a Debug ID from Zotero (not the Zotero Connector) for an attempt to cite.

cut and paste from zotero pdf to say word or google docs. I don't have the issue the other way around, cutting from google docs into zotero notes that you describe - it formats correctly for me. cutt
