That's about ProQuest (as it says), not EBSCO. But saving many items at once from any site is potentially going to get you blocked by the site.

Thanks for that feedback. It isn't working even when we have access through the publisher, like Wiley, but I suspect it is because we also have access to it through Proquest or Ebsco. It is frustratin
