that's not possible with Zotero proper. The zotfile add-on (www.zotfile.com) give you near-unlimited ability to customize renaming rules, so have a look at that.

In fact, if you're using ZotPad, I'd recommend to ignore ZotFile's tablet feature, just to avoid confusion.
