If you mean the attachments, I wouldn't know; you would have to revisit the sources and recover those separately. ZotFile is very handy for that kind of work.

no, you misunderstand: URIs in notes are fine. ZotFile e.g. uses those routinely.

Note that this is a ZotFile feature, not a Zotero feature. You'll need to post to the ZotFile thread.

You should post to the ZotFile thread — the ZotFile developer doesn't read the rest of the forums. (He also doesn't have access to Report IDs, so you'll have to include the error you're getting.)
