Can you confirm that this happens with ZotFile disabled?

In the folder to where Zotfile moves my PDFs.

Are they appearing in Zotero's complicated folder hierarchy or the folder you have Zotfile storing your PDFs in?

In Zotero Standalone, go to Actions->Preferences->Advanced->Open about:config. Set extensions.zotfile.disable_renaming to true

Installed Zotero-5.0-beta.134+0570c2e and ZotFile5 as described in https://github.com/jlegewie/zotfile/tree/5.0 . Everything seems to be smooth for the moment

I get the same problem : zotfile direct links (link) are removed on sync.

1. Zotero for Word, Zotfile (which has a 5.0 Beta) and Zutilo work with Zotero 5.0.
