@santiago.villaperde -- You can definitely change the character between elements to - by changing the renaming format, but I'm not sure if you can change what ZotFile does within elements.

There's an easier solution: ZotFile creates a Saved search "Tablet Files" which should show up at the bottom left of your Zotero. If it doesn't, ZotFile has an option in the preferences to recreate it

Sorry, yes, “Get from tablet”. It likely didn’t do anything because you had manually removed the tag (the tag is how Zotfile manages which items have copies on the tablet). If you try with a new item

Don’t remove the _tablet line manually (and put it back on the one you removed it from). Zotfile will add/remove that automatically.
