Are you running any other Firefox extensions? If so, try disabling them. This really shouldn't be detected as a webpage if that returns true.

Could you try to see if it works correctly for you with the Beta Connector in Firefox?

Are you using Safari? Did you try citing with Firefox or Google Chrome? Is it better there?

This is a bug in Zotero Connector 5.0.72. It's fixed in 5.0.73, which is available for Firefox and will be available for Chrome within the next 24 hours or so (as soon as Google approves the update).
